Repackaging and Structure Finance
Repackaging and Structured finance products (“SFP”)
SFP is generally provided to issuers using a particular structure or segregating quality assets in order to enhance their credit quality and to improve the terms of available funding. These transaction structures include:
• Future flow deals or securitisation of soft commodity export receivables. • Collateralised loan obligations, mortgage bonds and other forms of securitisation. • Assets monetisation and credit risk transfers.
SFP also include arranging and structuring debt for project finance clients, notably in the infrastructure and telecoms sectors.
Money market products
Iroko supports its issuers and investor clients in the management of their debt business with ancillary products and services grouped under the money market caption. These include:
• Repurchase agreements or sell/buy back products, notably targeted to investors involved in Iroko’s new issue business. • Foreign exchange spot, swaps, forwards or non-deliverable forwards, notably in case of cross-border or structured products. • Interest rate derivatives.
• Matched principal trading of bond and commercial paper issues arranged by Iroko. |
