SFP is generally provided to issuers using a particular structure or segregating quality assets in order to enhance their credit quality and to improve the terms of available funding. These transaction structures include:
• Future flow deals or securitisation of soft commodity export receivables
• Collateralised loan obligations and other forms of securitisation
• Assets monetisation and credit risk transfers
SFP also includes arranging and structuring debt for project finance clients, notably in the infrastructure sector including the power, construction and transport industries.
Money Market Products
